I got my E316G today . Going on tomorrow . Am I supposed to use anything with the metal gaskets ?

No, you do not need anything to seal it with. It would burn off anyway.

Although, If you do not have a new gasket for the j-pipe, You CAN use an rtv or other gasket maker, To form a gasket. It would not burn off... Although, I'm sure you were already aware of this?
