Galant Turbo ´86 exhaust manifold?

Hello

my friend got an Galant turbo 1986 model (same body as sapparo)
he need new turbo manifold because his old one rust away.. dont ask me how.

i cant find one for sale online so i was wondering if any one know what manifold would fit and where i could find one.. search is very hard for these type of galant (engine code only say 4G63 and i am sure there must be under code for this engine.. must be sohc or something)

It kinda looks like a Starion engine with the intake pipe over the valve cover like that, maybe that manifold would work? I don't know...

If I am not mistaken isn't that a 1.8l turbo(E14A or something of that nature is the engine code)? If so you will have a hard time finding an exhaust manifold, your best bet maybe the dealer :thumbdown

it is 2.0L 4g63T i know that much (saw the engine code.. too bad i forgot what it said more then that)

could be starion engine.. i know one dude that can tell me the truth about that tomorrow then i pick up my starion IC (he is starion freak , own 6 starion and one conquest = 5 are 2.0L and two are 2.6L.. 4g54 i think , street cars , dragster , rally , rallycross.. i still wonder where he get the $ for all that) hehe

even i have seen starion motor too many times then i still dont know what it look like hehe

p.s. Jon Pall.. long time since i heard that name , Famous weigthlifter yeah , died by steroid too bad for him. i wonder if you were trying to impress my? well if so then you did well (always fun to see someone online that knows some things about Iceland)

I can't seem to find anything on the 86' model turbo galant with a 2.0l but do you happen to know what turbo it uses(i.e. Garrett, IHI)? Might be a long shot but try the guys at www.mitsubishigraveyard.com if they don't have it they have better resouces to find it then me.
Yeah got a chance to meet him at the Isle of Man event back in 81 or 82 when I went there with my dad and uncle. Very large man if memory serves me right.
