For my race car, I am going much bigger for fuel. I am using a fuel cell with 8AN feed and return, an aeromotive pump (10AN), aeromotive filter (10AN), 10 AN fuel line, a AFPR and a 8 an Fuel fiting to the stock rail. Can someone tell me what fittings I will need to complete the system? The line has 1 10AN female fiting on it, the filter has 2 female 10an fittings and I think the fuel pump has a 10 an male and female. I also will be runing direct port nitrous and that rale has a 8 AN fitting on it.
Thanks

What on EARTH could you want here? My goodness, just pick up a friggin' Summit or Jegs, look up what you need, and buy it. If your building a race car and don't know know how to select JIC fittings to put a fuel system together you are in for alot of heartache. And I won't even talk about the level of overkill you just indulged in if your goals are still anywhere near the goals your usename implicates...

However, you're in luck. I just did almost the same setup on one of my cars last week. So tell me what EXACTLY what it is your having a hard time figuring out and I'll help. If you really need me to I can look up part #'s for you but I will NOT be wiping your ass for you on any uncertain terms.

I am just not 100% sure on all the fittings I need. I know I need 3 10AN male fittings for the fuel pump and filter, 2 10AN male to 8AN female for the fuel cell, and 2 10AN to 8AN female for my nitrous rail and fuel rail? Is that all I will need?
The setup will be:
8AN fuel cell to 10AN fuel pump to 10AN fuel filter to direct port nitrous rail and fuel rail. I just don't want to order the wrong fittings.

From what I can tell you're running -10 line to the front so... You'll need -8 to -10 male to male unions coming out of the cell w/ an -10 hose end. Then 4 -10 male-to male unions for the pump and the filter then you'll need 4 -10 hose ends for the ends of the lines be it straight, 90°, 45°, ect. Then you'll need one more -8 to -10 male to male union for the fuel rail and maybe one more if the n20 fuel inlet is the same.

What I would do is draw a diagram of your system and write in what's what all the way up to the rail then label everything and total them up. Also remember that the hose ends are always female so you need to adapt whatever there fitting on to to be male .

Good luck.
