Fuel Pump. When do you install?

I have a 255 walbro HP feul F U E L pump.
I also have the rewiring kit.

My question is, "Can I install it now?"
Do you need anything to tune it before you install it?

I just installed a 20g turbo in my eclipse.
It is running on stock boost.
I unplugged my electronic boost controller
because I want to have the supporting mods installed before going crazy.

My friend left the wires just hanging and I want to make everything proper.
Please tell me if I can or cannot do it. Or should?

Running the 255 without a AFPR will cause fuelpressure overrun. You will need a kit like this or an equivalent.

You are going to need an adjustable fuel preasure regulator to go with it. If you do a searh this stuff has been posted alot. Good luck.

Get a Fpr before you install it, but i do want to say it just for the record you can install it and your car will run. Many people have done this with little issues, but i highly advise against it.
