fuel pump re wire ?????

i'm doin that fuel pump re wire and i looked on vfaq and saw a 2g fwd diagram. but in that car there is only 2 wires coming out of the plug. my plug (95 awd) has 6 wires coming out, how do i know which is which? i saw a black wire with a blue stripe so i'm assuming thats the same wire as the blue one they speak of on the 2g fwd, but assumption isnt good enough. and i cant just start th car and meter the wires because there is no motor in the car. i'd hook the battery up and then test it but i think u have to be cranking the car over t get it to turn on, just "on" position doesnt do it. any help would be appreciated. i searched and no one has a write-up of a 2g awd exact. thanks

by the way, my battery is in the trunk now so if that matters for anything lemme know, i know its alot easier now cuz i dont gtta ru wires. thanks again

ignore all the "extra wires" yellow etc... the blue wire they talk about is the black with blue spots. Other then that its all the same.
