Hey Guys I'm running a N/t FPR with my 255 HP. I chose the N/T FPR as a temporary solution but now I'm ready to upgrade it. I've looked around a little and I can't seem to find the fpr that will be the the "Best bang" for my buck. Can anyone piont me to a FPR that will last, won't hurt the pocket to bad and will certainly get the job done. THANKS
Mods are\
Ported 14b with a Ported 2g manifold.
FMIC w/ 1g bov
Either 550cc or 660 haven't decided yet
QTP exhaust cutout
Walbro 255hp
AFC2 and I'm going to also run an injector compensation chip in the ecu.

A company called Full Throttle Speed makes a direct bolt on. Uses the stock fuel return line and everything. Takes about 15 minutes to install and works wonderfully from what i've seen. They are about 145-155 depending on where you buy it from and then you of course will also need a guage to go with it. Liquid filled would be my suggestions to cut down on needle vibration for ease in reading it while setting the base fuel pressure. This route is easier on the pocket and less likely to leak than an Aeromotive where you have to have braided lines and different fittings. Bolt-on is always a plus IMO. Hope this helps in your decision.

Be wary of the "bolt-on" story. I think it's proven the Buschur is the only true bolt on. The other kits you have to put together the SS lines, which aren't SUPER easy to deal with, or require a little grinding, and usually the drilling and mounting of some stuff. Not anything too difficult, but depending on your idea of bolt-on...

Actually, Import Evolution has a kit that they sell for right under 200 bucks that is awesome. I have it on my car and it uses an Aeromotive FPR. It was a simple install with their kit. I think that it took me about 30 minutes to install and it only took that long because I had to figure out where to mount it.

Here is the link for it. Check it out. I love it.

The FTS one is a true "bolt-on" and i've never heard or seen anyone say a bad thing about it. It's a great buy if you can find them in stock somewhere.
Also the kit that ChvyKc is refering too is very good and very easy to install either one is a good buy and works great.

I can dig it.

Killa, or anyone else, please tell me the reasoning behind using the NT reg. I have one too, as someone once told me a story and gave me one. I never used it though.

Hows that. it looks like the same thing as the full throttle

Well like the b&m fpr the n/t raises fuel pressure to help cure the overrun a little. N/t are 47psi and turbo fpr are 37psi. It's what they call a bandade. LOL

On Green Performance is (or was) a reseller of Full Throttle, so it's is the same AFPR.

Did you ever measure the fuel pressure when you were using the NT FPR? I really doubt that it doesn't overrun just as bad as the stock turbo FPR but might come back online a little earlier since it pretty much has the same return port.
