fuel pressure regulator and super afc?

i have a 97 eclipse gst. stock injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump...what psi should my fuel pressure regulator be set at? and i also have a old 1st generation super afc, i dont know the settings for it. help??? thanks!

do u know y my fuel pressure jumps up and down sometimes? between 33-40psi..but i will be sure to set it at 43.5

Forgot to mention to set the AFPR with the vacuum hose disconnected, then reconnect once you've got it at 43.5psi

Does it jump around at idle? with no throttle?

yes it jumps around at idle too...sorry im a newb at this..where is the vaccum hose?
