My AFPR is welded directly onto my fuel rail, so only lines attached are a vacuum, and a fuel return line.

The fuel return nipple on the AFPR is much larger than metal stock line attached to the firewall. I did have 2 worm clamps attaching a hose to stock line, but since upgrading injectors it does not hold anymore.

Is there some sort of fitting to attach hose to AFPR, and size it down to fit fine on stock line?

TLDR: Hose is to large for stock fuel return line.

Edit: Gonna try to find a fitting and just cut hose in half, and run smaller hose on other end of fitting.

That would be barbed hose couplings. Go to www.mcmaster.com. They have stainless steel ones that won't corrode with a different size on each end. End while you're at it get some of the correct sized band clamps & throw the worn clamps away.

what i did and it might work for you is i put a 5/16 rubber hose from the regulator to the factory return line . the hose will fit snug on the regulator but on the return it went in a little easy until i went over the crimp and that is where i put my clamp . just make sure the clamp is good and tight. start the car after and make sure there are no leaks . it worked for me .

This worked out for me for a couple 100 miles then today started leaking. Time to fine a different solution
