2G Fuel Level, Fuel Sending Unit

This should be a quick question.

First off I have gone on search and Looked it up and have not found exactly what I need.

Is the Fuel Sending Unit the same for all FWD Sub Models? For Example my GST the Fuel Level Sending Unit is not given me any read out what so ever. I am going to test if its the wires first that connect to the cluster but I wanted to prepare. I have GS and it works Correctly and If i need to replace will that sending unit work for my GST?

To my knowledge they are identical on all 2g's except the gsx due to it having a different gas tank. You can likely fix the problem if you pull it out and look at it as they're not terribly complicated. Also you spelled prepare wrong .

Oh thank you ... was tired when I was typing that.

Will be nice to know how much fuel I have . I will attempt this in the next few days...

My Current Plan to take the whole unit out of the GS, Swap the Fuel Pump, make sure all connections are clean and good than re-install.
