I am re-wiring my injector harness and was wondering if there would be any ill effects cause by running the wires pass the ignition coils. Also is there any issues with extending the fuel injector wiring?

I'm not aware of any known issues with that wiring near your coil. May I ask the reason for extending the pigtails on the fuel injectors? Make sure you solder the wires together as crimp connecters are not recommended for the injector pigtails.

I wanted to clean up the engine bay a little bit. I was either going to run the injector harness through the opening on the intake manifold just behind the coils or run it underneath the intake manifold and have only the injector wires come in from the throttle body side. So I either need to make the injector pigtails longer or run them alongside the ignition coil. I am replacing the injector plugs anyway so I thought this would be a good time to do some clean up.
