After installing my dual fuel pump setup and re-wiring them to work. My gas tank dummy light stays on and the fuel level stays at E.

I removed the assemble and disconnected the power for the fuel pumps then I moved the fuel level up and down and it still stays on E. Here is how I got it wired.

I have no idea how to wire the the two wires to the cars harness. I was told to measure the resistance, but I'm not sure how that would work. So I put the lead to the greenish blue wire and the COM to the black wire. When I move the floater by hand. This might be wired wrong, but I got 2.140 kΩ (full) and 2.249 kΩ (empty)
