After 2 fuel filters and many crush washers i cannot get my damn talon to stop leaking gas from the top of the filter. I think my banjo bolt has bit the dust some how, Ive been thinking what if i got a 90 degree elbow to replace the banjo and then ran a ss fuel line to the rail.

thoughts? would this work and if so anyone who knows what size of fitting i would need would be extremely helpfull! thanks!

Switch to ss setup, and call it done. It could be you do not have it tight enough. Mine at first leaked, and I really had to put some english behind it to get it to stop leaking.

not sure if anyone will know the size of the threads on the fuel filter. But you could pull it off and use a thread gauge. OR you could always take the filter back to the auto parts store and have them give you a new banjo bolt that fits in there. I would try that before spending the money on a stainless steel kit, even though it would be nice to have.

I bought an aftermarket marine filter and mounting hardware and attached it near my fuel tank, from there just run fuel line or SS line to your rail. When I change my filter now, it takes me minutes and the filer costs under 10 bucks.
