fuel/electrical issue

i have a 98 gst with a 6 blot swap, vaccum delet. up graded fuel pump. 550 injector
not tuned yet. tring to get it to run, so i can get tuned. work was done before i bought the car

(1.) fuel gauge doest work (get 7.6 volt on incoming side , 0 on ground, 4.6 on out going side at fuel level gauge unit. got the diagrams not sur where i need to look to get a reading at gauge.


(2.) getting to check engin codes
1. feul pressure solenoid malfuntion p1105
2. evaporative emission system purge control valv circuit p0443
3. manifold differential circuit malfuntionn p1400

your help well be greatly appreciated

Does the car actually start? The engine will run fine without the things that you are getting codes for. I assume that they have just been deleted and that is why the codes are being thrown.

it runs just ruogh. it turns on and runs fine. thats what i thought. now if i buy a dsm tuner can i get theoughto shut off or no

IT will run rough with those 550 injectors in there. You might be able to turn off the cel with ecu flash if you go that route. You definitely can with dsmlink. I would just locate the solenoids and hook the harness to them, but don't hook any vacuum hoses to them. That will turn off the check engine light for those.

with the 550's the car is going to run very badly. you adding 20% more fuel than the car had stock at all ranges of operation without a tune... find some stock injectors to toss in there until you can make adjustments for them.
