I read this post earlier http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/problem-diagnosis/283029-fuel-cut-stock-boost.html And also read: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/frequently-answered-dsm-questions/186971-what-fuel-cut.html
Both educated me very much, however, I am curious about the fact that in my situation it occurs randomly... not consistently.

It is almost the same exact problem that I have had since day one of the car. SOMETIMES (not all the time) when I hit WOT I hit what feels like fuel cut. I currently have a 255lph fuel pump that I have not hooked up. And I am wondering if I need to do that in combination with a new fuel rail or bigger injectors. I'm trying to keep my gas mileage at the same that it already is ( crappy ) so I didn't really want to go with bigger injectors and I really don't think they're necessary, but if it fixes the problem I'm all for it. Here is my list of current modifications to give you a general idea of what I'm working with and if anything may be the cause.

P.S. I have 0 boost leaks as of yesterday.

I do NOT have a boost controller, and my boost remains steady around 13-15 psi. The A/F gauge stays dead center at stoich as it's run hard which is why I'm confused about it's accuracy if I am hitting fuel cut.

Now what is surprising to me is that I went from a fully stock motor that was dying on me and upgraded to this motor. Now with everything installed the car feels a bit slower than the old motor, and the fuel cut issue I feel is to blame. Do you think with the new modifications I could have something that is maybe conflicting with each other? Is there anything I can do without DSM-link or an AFR to correct this problem (i.e. dyno tuning of any kind, etc...)? I do not have a logger of any kind, and I'm not really familiar with any tuning software.

Do you feel it's worth it for me to install the Fuel pump if this problem is going on? If so do you think it may be enough or will a fuel rail and/or injectors be needed as well (or both)?

This motor has less than 3k miles on it. I highly doubt it is something major mainly because this problem transferred over from using my old motor, to my new one. Therefore it would involve the supporting parts of the car. What "major" problem could I have besides me hitting fuel cut?

Stock boost on the stock 14b isn't going to hit fuel cut unless you have a boost leak somwhere. What did you pressurize the system to and how long did it hold that pressure? Also, dropping in the larger injectors, fuel rail and pump aren't going to change a thing.
