Front Mount intercooler?

I have a 90 turbo laser, with a 16g, forged bottom end, bored .30, 550cc injectors, 255 fuel pump, 2g maf, 3" turbo back exhaust, and now i am going to purchase a front mount intercooler and do custom 2.5" custom piping. My problem is i need help on what intercooler to buy? i am on a budget too so help me out please!!

This is the one I have on my car. I believe thier Jr's intercooler. Great quality and it performs very well. I have an EVOIII16g on my 1gen and heatsoaking is not an issue. Great price too.
