front bumper conversion

i read a couple threads about the front bumper conversion on the 95, but i was wondering if you need the side skirts and the rear bumper? i saw a 95 with the 97 front bumper but i couldnt tell if they were 97 side skirts. anyone have a 95 with just a 97 bumper? how does it look? or would i just be better off swapping out my front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper?

my talon has just the 97 talon bumper. and the 95 side skirts and rear bumper.

The 97-98 Talon's don't have side skirts. I have 1995 side skirts on a 1997 Talon TSi
Here is a picture. If you're talking about the Eclipse front bumper you will need new headlights to use the 97 front bumper.

To answer your question, it all fits. The only thing you need to change between them would be the reverse light housings, and headlights. Other than that it's exactly the same.
