From bad to worse.. clutch

after spending 12 hours swapping my clutch, getting my flywheel resurfaced and all the goodies with chaning out my clutch (awd) i go to test drive it yesterday... turn the car on, but the car does NOT want to go into gear.... so i turn the car off and it goes smooth as butter into and out of all the gears... so i place the car in first gear, and as i crank the motor over the car starts to move... there is resistance in the clutch, but doesnt feel like nearly enough... going to rebleed the master and slave tomorow, if not i have a feeling its my clutch fork ;/ noticed it had a little more than normal play when i was doing my clutch, but didnt think anything of it.... any other suggestions?

but on a serious note im sticking this car out... after all the time and money i have spent on it... i WILL see it run... so i can be like

I had a master cylinder go out after a new clutch install

i had the same problem in my avenger after i put a new slave cylinder in it and come to find out the throw out bearing was not in right

it looks like it could be a slave problem, even though its brand new... the push rod is completely extended and when i push the clutch it only moves the fork and push rod about .5~.75 inches... and when i went to get a new fork luckily there was a gst there, so i looked at how far his moved... almost 3~4 inches... so im hoping its just the slave being retared

Im also having the same problem right now, I have bled it, tried to adjust it under the dash, and it still wont disengage. This is very frustrating because I just finished Installing everything on my rebuild, and really dont want to have to pull out the tranny for some reason. I just dont get it, New clutch, new slave cylinder, new master cylinder, throw out bearing, etc..

If you are than name a price

I bet your pivot ball needs to be shimmed due to your flywheel resurface stepping, I would usually recommend you adjust your master cylinder rod but that would be ignoring the real problem, drop your transmission again and replace your old pivot ball with a new one and shim that sucker, also use a reinforced clutch fork and call it a day. Dont adjust the master rod all the way out when it isn't your main problem because you'll kill your tranny real quick trust me.
