how did you guys manage to tighten that last bolt right underneath the manifold the one closest to the power steering(14mm). I cant seem to fit no socket in there or a wrench. It is killing me:beatentodeath:
 
Also i know with all of my 4g63t's I would grid of the metal to the right of the nut or left of the power steering pump. It makes it easier for you to get to in the future.
 
Are you talking about one of the four bolts that bolts the mani down to the turbo housing right.

That one was a bi*** for me too.
I had to use a wrench and grab the bolt from the side and do little small turns.
Then i later found that the clearance it had prevented me from getting the bolt all the way down, because for some reason it wasnt straight, it was threading slightly at an angle. This caused there to be like another half inch of tightening it needed to be flat with the surface that i couldnt get out of simply turning it...

So i ended up putting like 3 nickle sized washers underneathe it since i couldnt get it to turn all the way down...( View the pic.)

On the one to the head i just tightened it down as much as i could but its not much tighter than finger tight. I didnt take off p/s or anything. I cant remember if i used a wrench or socket though, but as you can see i have rtv on my gasket as well so it added extra "seal" factor....
