I am trying out a fp3052 turbo and the vband o2 housing it came with is only barely 2 1/4" piping and no aftermarket downpipe will fit on it due to the size or being clocked wrong when welded. Has anyone ever built their own o2 housing? How hard is it to make one. I really can't afford to spend $300 for one from fp and it's the last thing I need to get my car running.
Attached is a pic of the o2 housing it came with
