I wasn't sure what forum to post this in so if this is the wrong one, I'm sorry.

Just a quick question about FP Green turbo's.

What supporting mods would be needed to run this turbo on a 1G? My friend said a built engine and like 720cc or bigger injectors and a FMIC would be needed. Is this correct?

I currently have a Big 16G, 550cc's, AFC2, MAFT blow threw setup on a stock SMIC, Walbro 255 so on and so forth.

What would be a basicly setup that would work ok with an FP Green? I dont want to spend tons of money to make it work.

Car is an A/T btw.

i'd definitely get a fmic. Running the green on the stock smic would suck. You could use your 550's, but keep your boost a bit low until you can afford bigger injectors. You dont need a built engine or 720's(660's would suffice for most) but those things would always be nice to have.

Well wouldnt it be pointless to keep the boost low if i was going to buy this turbo anyway?

I mean I know it out flows a big16G and its more about CFM then psi of boost but with a low boost setting wouldnt the CFM be greatly reduced anyway?

I understand that is just until I got a FMIC but I'm starting to think it might be more expensive then I can afford is all.
