Fp big28 install question

Sweet, thanks for the input, I hope I wont be making any autozone trips during the install like i usually do. Also there is another thread with torque specs...I think...would it be a good idea to get a torque wrench? Oh yeah and also would i want to feed from the head or oil filter? difference between FP's $65 feed line and extremepsi's $35 feed line?

The water lines should be fine (just inspect them first). If you're anal about certain stuff like some of us, you may want to buy a new OEM oil return line. I did.

Just curious - did you also opt for the upgraded actuator?

Yes, I did get the upgraded actuator and also had the turbo ported. I've read that the actuator upgrade helps alot with maintaining boost at higher psi.

DO NOT INSTALL THE TURBO WITH THE UPGRADED ACTUATOR!... Take off your stock actuator from your t25 and put it on your t-28... Since you dont have upgraded injectors or an afc youll hit boost cut with the upgraded actuator. The lowest level boost youll be able to run on your upgraded actuator is 17psi which is way to much for stock injectors. Run your t25 actuator and set boost to no more than 14psi on the t28...when you get an afc and bigger injectors that allow you to turn up the boost then you can install the actuator...

I forgot to put that I did get supporting mods with it, Safc, logger, evo 560s and evo fuel pump. I also plan on having English racing do the tuning.

Alright so this is what I got from extremepsi:

*Oil feedline kit, 2 10mm copper crush washers (ccw), 2 12mm ccw, 4 14mm ccw, 7cm gasket, evo 3 O2 housing gasket, OEM exhaust mani gasket, oil return line gasket, and OEM oil return line.

Will be getting a shop manual and a torque wrench!
