Basically I'm going to the fp 68hta from my small 16g, pretty simple install. But its my first time doing this. I bought all the gasket needed. Is there anything that I need to be aware of? And can I just swap everything over and be fine? That's including my mbc Idk if it'll mess anything up disconnecting that stuff. Also where is the power for my ignition coils need to be unplugged. I read that you need to crank the motor for a while to let in oil to the new turbo.

Before you start the engine fill the turbo with oil and rotate the compressor wheel by hand a little so the oil is properly distributed. You can get a medical injector or something that can inject or at least pour oil into the turbo.

or he can actually hook up the turbo, disconnect the injectors, and crank it over like 7-10 times. That pumps the oil in with no mess :). don't worry about the ignition coil just unplug the injectors. And yes being as the 16g and 68HTA have the same compressor housing with the exception of maybe the inlet, everything should hookup the same.

Get that thing on there and let me see some results. i am thinking of the 68hta. Post up how you feel your spool time has changed vs the 16g

I switched from a 14b to a 68hta and its pretty much the same, it was a really easy install. I just disconnected the fuel pump wiring and cranked it for bit and it was fine
