Found my lack of power prob with GT 30!

well, The other day I was wondering what was buggin my ride and I made a thread on that, and though the responses were helpful but, none were anything I didnt know already.

In the back of my mind I keep thinking that I had a back pressure issue and I thought maybe I have a A/R problem with my turbo and it was just too small or somthing like that.

Then I thought maybe I had an exhaust restiction, so I pulled my RRE 3 in. cat........

and there it was!

F**king POS had come apart and C**K-blocked my Apex N-1.

luckly I had a spare and got it going again.......HHHHHHHoOOOO the Power

Damn that's like having a 1" exhaust. Was your exhaust more quiet than normal?

well, not realy. It was more of the smell that I wondered about. My car had and exhaust oder that had me wondering if something was wrong with my engine, like a blown head gasket smell, or a really lean A/F ratio.

I wanted to post this just to help other guys think outside the box when there car is running weird and there just beating there head against the wall wondering why all the money in parts just isnt paying off!

Well, that is the Honeycombs of the cat that have come lose from the case and turned sideways in the case and got stuck in the back side of the cat, Doh
