Forza 2 Pics.

We can't question if the physics engine will be on the same level because the GT is not even out yet, nor is it even close to finish.

But what we do know is the graphics already blows away forza 2 and again its not even in final stage of completion.

From here on out it can only get better, both graphics and physics. So yes the physics in GT are not on the same level as of now, but by completion date, I would expect it to be on par or better than Forza 2, and well the graphics they are in 2 different leagues.

If you research the cell processor; physics is one of its main strong points. As well as it's ability to run the physics engine without compromising any of the graphics processing.

This here is the keystone as to why in the near future we will truly be able to see how different the two systems are. I expect that SCEA will do a fantastic job at getting the physics done correctly.

I don't know why you guys are comparing the 2 games, when one is not even out yet...

the fact is that, Forza is out and the best car game right now. When GT-HD comes out, it might be, but then you guys will start comparing GT-HD with pictures from Forza 3....

:)

HELP!!!!

Can anyone tell me how to get pics from forza's site? I send the images online after I take them on my 360, but its not letting me log in. Can someone explain to me step-by-step on what I have to do? I already have a Windows Live account, but it isnt working. Does it have anything to do with the email set up on my 360? HELP!!!

We'll have to wait and see I guess. Personally I don't see how they can do it being that this is their first release of the game on a new platform (also considering it's harder to program for). There's 360 calculations going on per second in Forza, all true to life stuff.
Not to discredit GT, but I don't see what more could be done to top it.

Well I would hope a game coming out a few YEARS from now would be at least as good as one that is out NOW. And I doubt GT will ever have the paint options Forza has. As gsxtreme1987 pointed out, GT5 will most likely be facing Forza 3.

Does a nasty 4cyl dsm actually sound like it should is the better question! LOL

So how customizable is Forza 2 exactly?

and how are the sounds..do V8's actually sound like V8's?

Customizable how? In terms of paint and vinyls, they have really outdone themselves. Just take a look at some of the cars out there. They options for upgrades are pretty generic between cars, although one cool thing they have is engine/powertrain swaps. There is also turbo/centrifugal super/positive displacement super on most vehicles. The sounds, at least when the cars are stock, seem pretty authentic. They do change when you modify the cars, although it's hard to say whether or not it is authentic then since they aren't branding the parts.

How are FWD cars on Forza 2? On GT3 and 4 they are not very realistic when launching. I.E. 14.0 @ 109. 12.1 @ 130

Without a drag strip option in Forza, it's hard to really tell. But I do know that the times they note in the benchmark section (0-60, 0-100) DO factor in traction. I've seen cases where you add 100 horses and don't gain any time because you are maxed out in traction.

some new pics.

first my Talon/Evo.

I should post mine on here...But no internet at the aparment :(

Forza is the only game I have right now.
Kinda pissed they dont have the drag strip or the huge oval....Ohh well. Great game.

Yea Nissan Speedway is an oval, but its not the huge one where you can do a top speed run. People keep asking for a drag strip on forzamotorsport.net maybe they will release more track! I'm level 41 now!
