Foglight/parking light mod problem.

This question is for those who have done the mod to their 2G cars. I've followed the diagram step by step. I've double checked and triple checked everything. I have replaced the inline fuse holder twice with no luck. My fuses keep getting ate up somehow. The fuse burns up within a couple months. How do I stop this from happening. Everything is right and I can't figure it out.

Sounds like you have a short. But I would check see if you have the right amp fuse your owners book or the top of the fuse box cover will tell u the correct amp. Hope that helps.

Which method did you use for wiring?
In the tech articles there are two different write-ups and they differ slightly.

Haven't had any problems for over a year.
If that doesnt help, then definitely check if you have the right amp fuse in place, and check for any shorts.
