1G Fog Lights?

Alright, i made my clear corners last night and they came out pretty good looking. while i was doing this i found what looks to be factory fog light plugs. my question is are the relays there and everything. or is it just the plugs that are there. If the relays and stuff are there ill go pick up some fog lights and throw them on there. If not im gonna am i gonna have to get my electrical engineer freind to help me out? thanks in advance for any help. later
