When i first bought my car only one fog light worked. Then i noticed they both wern't working, but the thing that bothers me is that the light on the switch that you push in to turn them on does not light up anymore. Has anyone else have this problem? anyone have an idea why my lights dont work for the fog lights and the switch? i checked the relay and fuse and they were both fine, any help would be great cause this is really bothering me.

have you check to see if your bulbs in the fog lights were blown? And maybe your back light for the button went out as well... just something to think about I dont know if thats the problem...

Check your fused and the bulbs. But the thing I was wondering...how do you change the bulbs? I can't seem to figure out how to get the fog light assembly open in order to put new bulbs in.

On a 1g I dont know, but on a 2g I do you will have to take off the bumper unless you can find an easier way then this. There are philliphead screws on the side of the assembly and the adjustable screw facing the front, you will have to unscrew the ones on the side and the ajustable as well once you remove the screws the bulb we be exposed. That's the only way I know how to change them.

i had the same problem...one fog light worked and the other one didnt... i just cut the plug out and rewire without the plug...and made myself a custom plug...thats what worked for me... dont know if thats your problem...and to take it out you have to take the bumper out and to take the light bulb out you gotta remove the metal piece on the back of the fog light..you'll also see something that looks like a clock battery...just becareful and take pictures before you take it out so you remember how to put it back together...shouldnt be hard....
( i've done this in a 98 eclipse GS)
