I don't know how to replace the the fog light on my 97 eclipse and I also don't know where to go to buy a new fog light for the eclipse.

Plus my cigarette lighter isn't working. Don't know where the fuse is to fix it.

Any suggestions?

First off, you really need to go out & get yourself a repair manual for your car. For the cigarette lighter, the fuse is in the fusebox by your left foot.

Found this on another thread. Apparently you have to take the bumper off (Or get to the bulbs from underneath) to replace the bulbs:

There was a black plug which attaches to the "lid" of the housing. Just slide this out and the black plug will go free and you can set down the lid... now just pull the white wire out from here and the whole bulb will come right out. It took me a while of messin around with it before i got it out.... i kept trying to yank the bulb out of the metal housing, or disconnect the white wire from the metal housing... wasnt going to happen.

cig lighter runs off the common acc fuse to the left of your ankle when your sitting, check the manual for what number it is,
and do you want to replace the whole foglight or just the bulb? (are they sealed?)
unbolt em, bolt up new ones and splicey splicey
if your looking for stock fog lights, maybe autozone or something like that, might be a dealer thing, if it is, id say get some aftermarket ones for $50 and call it good

:thumb: Thanx for the help :thumb:
Where exactly would I find a easy to use repair manual the eclipse?
Don't know if the bulbs are sealed or not. I don't know if I want the fog light to be stock or not. I basically want the problem to be as cheap as possible. Could I just buy the bulb w/o buying the entire thing?
I might just take it back to the dealership b/c it might be under warranty but I think we all know how much some dealerships like to honor their warranties.Jackasses!! Just pissed b/c I found out that my harmonic balancer may need to be fixed and guess what isn't under dealership's warranty
