fog bezel delete

Is there anyone who sells a cover for the fog bezel that just deletes the fog light and covers the hole. I read that you can fiberglass over the stock bezel but the entire bezel would be cut flat before anything could be done so I was just wondering If I could get my hands on a stock replacement cover that covers the hole.

386 customs has carbon fiber ones.

Can you just get some stock replacements if they are made because I can't fit the stock fog bezel in my bumper and the carbon fiber from 386 is just a cover for the bezel which won't fit due to my IC piping.
