selmerguy said:1. since you are a 95 mount it in the engine bay on the fire wall somewhere.
2. a sfmu is adjustable. with a fmu you get a set ratio(12:1) of fuel pressure to boost. with a sfmu you can adjust idle fuel pressure as well as boost and total fuel pressure.(bleed)
SI) But the SFMU is a lot better because it more adjustable.I look on ebay for the sfmu but nun thang come's up so were can I find one atBigRand said:You can get smaller ratio FMU disk ie(6:1, 3:1- FuelSI) But the SFMU is a lot better because it more adjustable.
A friend if mine gave a vortech fmu I thank it is a 12:1 the reason I am asking is because I am thanking on geting the bottom end kit from concept Illusions Iam trying to get some real hp out of my car like 25 pis when I really want to play I am going to do the bottom end frist and then do the headBigRand said:Check out summitracing.com or Vortech.com, They both should have it, if you don't see it on the website call them.
Also 2gnt.com should have a lil write up about fuel systems. YOur best bet is, to not buy anything until your sure you know exactly what you need to run. I made that mistake and its costly.

how much psi Are you running on your 420a and thank's alot for all of the help from you guy'sBigRand said:Yeah if you want 25psi out of your motor, then your going to have to go with a stand alone fuel managment system, or something like a greddy e-manage at least (which is still a piggy back)
The SFMU isn't the most precise thing in the world.
thank's for the help now all I have to do now is fine a sfmu and some injectors. thank's again to all of you guy's for helping me outselmerguy said:ok i will try and explain this.![]()
you can run as much boost as you want as long as you have a built motor and the fuel system to match. a fmu is only good to about 9 or 10 psi. thats it. a sfmu and 440cc or so injectors can do 15 or 20 i think.(might be wrong about the psi for the sfmu)
