i have 95 eclipse gst i am porting and polishing the exhaust on the cylinder head and porting and polishing the manifold and the turbo is already ported now do i port the o2 housing? and do i need a fmic or is the smic because i have a greddy hpic kit with a i think is a stock smic

No you do not need one yet, you will probably actually lose power if you try running a fmic with the mods you have(assuming your still on the stock t25). If you have something bigger, a fmic would be better and a VRSF one at that.

I have a nicely ported 14b right now while I am waiting on my holset turbo to be rebuilt and a new hot side wheel upgraded. I have a FMIC, 1000cc inj, and a wally 255. If I were you and your getting a good deal on the FMIC jump all over it. Install the new turbo and FMIC, set the boost to 18 and you will be very happy with the results. BTW if you install an FMIC and a new turbo your going to need to do some changes to your tune. Do you have a Wideband 02 gauge and the ability to log/edit your tune?

FMIC. Seems like you are shooting for some good results in the longrun of this dsm, and a fmic is a must after upgrades. I was running a greddy as well. Loved it

At worst get a Supra SMIC, but FMIC's ain't really expensive and if you're planning on making bigger power in the future might as well go FMIC right away. And like enash99 said, get something to tune with and some gauges to keep an eye on everything. Good luck with it!

You could also run a Hahn Racecraft SMIC if you can find one that's what I run & I have no complaints at all & it's stealthy.

Just Get a FMIC if you plan on not keeping the car stock either way you'll need/want one down the road just get one after upgrading the T-2small so you know what kind of piping configuration you'll need
