fluttering hks ssqv2 bov

my bov is not opening and is causing the air to force back to the intake. it was working perfectly. then i did a BLT and added pressure to my bov then all of a sudden it don't open i have a hks ssqv2. is it broken? did one of the bov seals went bad? do they have seals? of maybe something got stuck in it and my vacuum is at 7 but it still opened, and now it dosent i need help i don't want to mess up my turbo.
