flanges rusted together

not like its very relevant now but all i did was buy a pacesetter downpipe off ebay for like $70 and buy a 12" section of 3" flared pipe and welded it on and then welded the adapter for the cat that came with my downpipe at the end of that to bolt to my cat back. cheap and effective! just wont pass emissions very well but what forum would this be if we were worried about that!

I know its been a while but winter blew over, so I tried again today, well I tried to drop the whole system opposed to just the cat back but this happened. I was trying to unbolt the DP from the 02 housing, and it snapped my extensions I used to get up there, how else could I get those nuts off.
