ECMlink First time driving car on new build (Log attached)

Well this was the first time I have ever driven my car on the streets and some new symptoms came up I'm hoping you can tell from the logs.
The most noticeable thing I felt was that the car felt like it was lacking a lot of power. It almost felt like my eclipse felt when my cat was completely clogged, but it built boost and did accelerate and this has no cat. It's confusing to describe what I felt without driving it so I'm hoping the log will shed some light.
Also, another thing that I noticed was that when I push in the clutch my rpm's increase a little bit. Just thought I would throw that out there too for some input.

You airflow per rev is too high at idle. it should be 0.25-0.27
