first time at track, need to learn how to drive

The highest I've ever dropped it was 3500. And i don't really drop it i Feather it out. I used to drop it but I learned real quick that that was pointless.

I rev up to 2500 and slip out the clutch. Make sure you play with your first so you don't burn out too bad. Just kinda keep pushing the throttle between 3/4 and full throttle, and just push it up and down between those ranges. Make sure you get your full speed in first, not just what your tach or spedo says (If your tires are spinning at 40, id does not mean you're doing 40), but if you get up to like 20 and you're spinning, you spedo shows 40, and you shift into 2nd, you will either bog down, or keep spinning if you power shift. I launched at 4500 with FWD, and got killed by 300gt sl, but when I tried this technique, I roasted him, and another mr2 that came after him. Just keep practicing and good luck.
