First 2g ever

This is my first 2g experience. I've dabbed with dsmlink once or twice before but nothin too serious. Well lemmie just say its difficult for me (previously owning over 15 1g talons) to tune w/out a knock sensor or a freakin wideband. Im not sure where to set all of my timing/fuel/airflow curves haha i feel like a noob again due to the fact this is my first talon in about 8 months!
Well my questions are as follows:
Could someone give me a rough tuning layout for my car.....95 tsiawd, mods in profile
What is the expected airflow on an evo 3 16g.....because i find it odd im only seeing 241g/s (dont know what that is in lb/min) and im running 20psi. 99.9% sure there's no boost leaks
What all should i look for as far as tuning besides an o2 reading of .92-.94?

I'm a little bit new at this stuff too, but I would invest in a wideband soon. That's the key to the safest and best tune.

right click on airflow > Props > use the dropdown box to change g/s to lb/m. Post up a log big guy!
