So, some crazy bi*** decided to light my car on fire with her boyfriend (very long story and cops did nothing.), front passenger wheel well. Torched the wires, and a crash sensor pretty good I believe. I have a 95 gs automatic. Was wondering what do to, I had to cut the sensor n wires because plugs were fried. Where does this harness go to? How easy is it to swap? I noticed it also plugs into the coolant overflow, and part of the A/C, and the side marker light. :banghead:

Also I have pictures if that helps?

So, the wire harness goes up to the fuse box, real simple. From the fuse box it goes in to the body drivers side. I have to go do this at a junk yard in the snow and mud, not fun. Does anyone have an image or the inside of the car where the harness enters, and how to disconnect it? Is there a plug?? Any info would be helpful, especially pics of the harness in or out of the car, and inside where it enters. :hellyeah:

OK, so if anyone needs this in the future;

I went to the junk yard (there was atleast 6 dsms there including a 1g talon with turbo engine[tempted to take it] but very sad dsm day, I saw some really riced out garbage there too, guy spray painted everything he could in the engine bay silver, including intake box, and ps / a/c lines), and i found one with a matching vin to my car, untouched, but riced like ####. I pulled the harness (we took that bi*** apart in 40 mins dash, bumper, fenders, radiator. ahhh powertools and not ## car or bolts, even though half the rusty bolts snapped off including the driver seat bolts, one was already rusted through the floor LOL).

Basically after it goes inside the car, there are 3 white plugs, kinda tricky to undo, 2 that go into the back of the underdash fuse box, and one small one that goes along in front of the fuse box. Ill put pics up. They are really up in there, hard to see and get. We took the dash, and every bracket we could, off to get to thenm.

Personally, easiest way to do it since you have a harness is to find the damaged section, and splice in the new one.

Just make sure to Solder, and heatshrink all connections, and go at it ONE wire at a time.
