Looking good!Here is the intake cover/box installed on the car, Im still fabricating a bracket to hold it down in place. Looks promising. I will give it a good polish once its all done.

Thanks, its not polished yet. I just used sand paper 400,800, 1000 and 2000 grit. I still need polish compounds.I like it!

Uuhm! No not really. I was looking for something like that but could not find anything. I will look in to it. Thank you.Have you ever considered using 3m casting tape? You can make your template like the piece you have, or out of foam, wrap it a few layers, then use acetone to disolve the foam. Or cut it off the form, glue it together, then add a couple more layers of casting tape and resin the result.
Can be sanded and painted, and it's pretty dirt cheap.
