Got a camber kit for the rear. Shop says it's the right one and it's alineged. But I need a kit for the front now and they don't know what kind of kit. Telling me the driver side front is more negative then the passenger side. Drive side was -2.9 and I can't remember the passenger side. I will
Post the sheet when I get my car back.

But what kind of camber kit for the front should I get?

Thanks

They forgot to print me out a paper. But they said camber on the driver side front was -2.9 and passenger side was - .6 so I would need a positive kit. But I can't figure out what kit.

An extra 2* negative means something's bent - and quite badly. You should figure out what's damaged before you continue. If that's caused by a bent upper A-arm or by damaged upper pickups you could very easily be looking at an accident in your near future.

Is the car lowered at all ?

check and or replace all your control arm bushings, ball joints, wheel bearings, and pillow ball strut mount. if they are new and its still out that far your car may have been in a wreck or hit something hard enough to bed either the frame or move the strut tower.

Question.. you have to get a camber kit to align these cars?? My car is lowered, was when I bought it and I went through two brand new front tires in less then 6k miles because the toe in is so off.. I need to know because I'm going to get the car aligned soon

I'd ask questions if the difference between sides was one whole degree, let alone two.

Krazy, feel free to search the boards or start your own thread. To answer your question though, no, a camber kit is not required to align these cars and, no, it will not stop you from eating tires. You're eating tires because you/previous owner.. ok mostly you have not had the car aligned like your were supposed to after modifying the suspension.
The benefits of a camber kit are many but the real cause of your problems is not having the toe set properly, which is, of course performed using the stock toe adjustment that is equipped on pretty much all vehicles.
