opinion on suspension

Im thinking of purchasing the following but need you DSMers to give the second opinion on the setup.
99 GST Red
Tokicko illuminas all around
Ground control coilovers
18x7.5 +42mm offset 5zigen Heidfeld mesh hyperblack rims
225/40 kumho ecsta mx's
and shock bushings just cause im in there anyway

or

im mostly worried about rubbing the knuckle but could spacers fix that? if so what size spacers?

Anything else you would add?

I don't think you have to worry about rubbing with that setup. Yeah, you could run 5mm spacers. Run it without spacers and check back later. Also take pics because I'm just a suckers for car pics.
