Well it was a total blast! I had so much fun even though I came in 10th out of 15 in my class. On the brightside I had the 3rd best Raw Time of 10 novices in SM but I killed some of the cones right at the finish (+5 ouch) and I ran faster than the similar cars (1g GSX, 2g TSI AWD and GVR4). The car felt a bit loose in the back but I think that is cause it was very cold and I didn't lower the tire pressure as much as I should have. I have a lot of work to do on myself as a driver but I learned so much! I was able to figure out where I messed up the run before, I'd just end up messing up somewhere else. But I also learned, when riding with another driver, that I was way to casual with my start and through the begining. Also I break too early and not hard enough i.e. like 5ft too soon and only 60% instead of when I should and 95+%. Finally I learned I am too slow through the fast sections and too fast in the slow sections where that my lines get a bit skewed. All in all I got lots of feedback from my self, the car and other drivers. Oh and plenty of loud feedback from the tires, which by the way I also learned I need to save up for a set of wheels and race tires. Anyway it was so fun and I'm definantly hooked now!
. I did have fun and kept inproving my times meaning I was doing better, I'm planning on getting a 240 and making it my autox car and the talon as the drag car!
