I have a new set of FIC injectors but the don,t fit into the fuel rail like the factory/Denso. The o-ring is to thick. How are you guyz mounting these injectors.

Failure to do so may result in tearing the o-ring with the byproduct being an injector leak. The FIC's are indeed a tighter fit and will want to push out of the rail, but the silicone will help. Just be patient with them and take your time.

However, if you run into problems, Silicone grease or Motor Oil is a great lubricant to help ease in the seal. I prefer to use the silicone grease myself b/c it provides more of a secure seal.
