Resolved FIAV - ISC ? Hoses missing from Throttle Body

The talon I just bought has two things I need to fix:

1) Idle surges a lot once it's warmed up (1,000-1400 rpms back and forth)
2) VERY Rich in low rpms (in the 10's until boost hits) even taking 30+ % fuel out.

I noticed that the two hoses below are NOT on my throttle body. I just see the two nipples there. Thinking this is causing my symptoms. Any thoughts?

You should reconnect the hoses or block off the FIAV. You can get a FIAV block off plate or do the free FIAV block off http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-intake-exhaust/391977-free-fiav-block.html

Thanks for the reply! I will start with reconnecting them. I know the previous owner eliminated a lot of stuff like the AC & ABS so I want to compare what is left in my engine bay.
Found a diagram showing where the FIAV hoses go for anyone else who may have the same concern.

I confirmed that the previous owner did perform the FIAV block off. Looks like I have a bad ISC due to my testing below:

Just logged the ISC at idle and it goes from 90 to 0. I tightened the BISS screw a bit to get my idle down from 1500 to ~1100 and the ISC stayed at 0. The terminals on the ISC all checked out at around 39-40ohms, but it looks like something is broken inside the ISC.

So hoping a new ISC will bring my idle down to normal.

Sorry to bring up old thread but I cant find where the ISC hose connects on other side mine it completely missing.
