So i'm rebuilding my engine and hopefully going to somewhere 300-350hp, going to use sbr big 16g evo turbo.

550cc or bigger injectors?
walbro 255 or 255 high pressure fuel pump ?
Standard size valves or oversize?
main and rod bearings standard or undersize? (when would i need undersize bearings ? )

thanks.

550s are fine...get bigger if you plan on upgrading your turbo in the future.

A walbro 190 pump will suit you just fine with yout current setup unless you plan on upgrading again.

How much headwork are you having done?

Take your crankshaft in to a machinist to have him check it out. If its all within spec, have him polish it and then you use standard bearings. If your crank needs to be ground down to be brought within spec, you will need to use undersize bearings as per how many thousanths your machinist took off.

Well my crank is ab. 100 000km driven only, so i don't think it would need any grinding.

My head is going to a specialist, and don't know what all can be done, and how much is it gonna be worked on.

Really 190 walbro will be enough? what is the limit of 190 ?

its all about flow. its not as simple as " is my 190 enough". do you have a turbo picked out for the future? does that fuel pump supply enough ltr/min to the fpr/injectors to hit the compressor maps island? do you have a fuel controller? logger?? RC 550's & rewired 190 will be good inexpensive way to reach high 12 second passes if well tuned.

Turbo is gonna be the evo big 16g. S-AFC2 is going to be in the setup, and i have datalogger.
