Few questions please help

Ok so I checked my compression and its low.
150 120 90 120

So Im going to change my rings out. I have JE pistons that are bored .30 over. Does anyone know where I can find the rings to fit. I have looked all over.

I can reuse the piston right?

As long as the piston and cylinder wall are in good shape, you can reuse the piston.

As far as the rings are concerned, you will need to get them from je. Are you sure it is the rings? Did you recheck compression with a capful of oil in the bad cylinder? If you are sure it is the rings, try running seafoam through the engine before you pull it apart. Most of the 4g63's I see with low compression is from carbon buildup in the ring lands. The seafoam will break the carbon up and allow the ring to expand renewing its seal against the cylinder wall.

I have not done the wet test yet but I will.
I never thought of the seafoam I will see it that works.
The motor was rebuilt about 2 years ago and has about 35-40k could it have carbon build up already?

Virtually not a chance that it's a carbon issue. More likely something burned, either a ring or a valve. A leakdown test will give you another clue.

I went back and did a wet down test.
It raised the 90 to 125 and the 120 to 150.
Does this sound like the rings?
Were can I get rings that are bored 30 over

You should get them from JE. Chances are, you wont even find a .030" ring set for a dsm unless you go to JE, Ross, or Wiseco. Most oem manufacturers only make them in stock, .020", or .040". A .030 is kind of odd to see in a dsm.
