when swapping to a 1g throttle body on a 2g, the sensor with a little peice of metal coming out, do you not plug in anything there? i have the ISC and TPS hooked up. There are no wires in my harness to plug anything into there.

Also, on my 1g water neck (6bolt swap), there are two sensors it seems, one sensor has two tabs/pins sticking out (i'm guessing that's either temp or a switch).. I believe the wires from the 2g harness that plug into it are black/white & black...... and another sensor with one tb sticking out doesn't get a wire?

thanks for your help

no that sensor is not used on a 2g
there are also a few fittings on a 1g water neck that go un-used when installed in a 2g

alright cool - i put a little mark on it to know its not to be used incase a year later I look at my car and notice nothing plugged into it and freak out..LOL

I have the MAP sensor plugged in, but its just laying around in the engine bay since my 1g intake manifold doesn't have a spot for it.

I'm also going to remove the EGR system.

Does anyone know which sensors on the water neck are used and not used?

Thanks.
