fender rubs on tein suspension

Yes, the tyre's catching the fender lip - raise the ride height, change wheels, or change tyres - 245/40 or 235/45 should clear.

You already have rolled rear fenders, correct ? Otherwise the same is happening back there, except it's the tyre that's getting damaged rather than the fender.

Depending on your offset a 245 tire should fit with some negative camber. My old 245/35/18 tires on 18x8.5 +35 wheels fit just fine in the front without rubbing at around -1 or more degrees camber. You could try a bit more negative camber to see where that gets you.

ACM's dead on about the rear. 245s will generally hit the rear fender without some really negative camber, like -1.5 or more if I recall correctly, but only if you roll the inner fender lip. This much negative camber on the rear is not the best for handling, but you can get by with it if handling isn't top most on your priorities for your car. That's how I ran my car for years and I lapped cars with 100+ more hp at track events pretty easily. Eventually I got my rear fenders flared though and set the rear to much around -1 (with the front at -2) and the car's handling seemed to improve (at least by feel, no lap times to show for it).

I never rolled the front since I generally ran -1.5 degree camber up there before my fender flares, but the rear I rolled in the most ghetto of ways. I couldn't get the baseball bat rolling trick to work so I jacked up the car, cut perpendicular slits into the fender lip every six inches or so, and with a rubber mallet filled with shot I pounded each section of fender lip up and out of the way. I then touched up the cuts with paint to minimize rusting. Would I recommend that to anyone? heck no. However I did it and it worked for many years that way :) I later had the front and rear fenders flared (at a hefty cost), and most recently did so again as I put a widebody kit on the car.

Man, those are large tires. Who talked you into going with the 45 aspect ratio?

Either way, these guy's info is top notch. Hope you get it sorted out.
Raising the car would be my choice of weapons.

45 wall is what it says to run on 17" rims to keep rolling radius close to stock! If he is 245/45 then he might be able to go 245/40 but im +0.05% off on 225/45 so he will be higher but still within safe boundrys

No how do you roll the fenders and I may may some tires

theres a tool for rolling fenders the right way, usually its looks like an adjustable arm that bolts into the hub, with a roller on the end that pushes the lip of the fender flat. thats how iv always seen it done at shops my friends were working for, but that tool is a few hundred bucks so its not something id expect the average person to buy to use once. but you might be able to find someone who has one you can use, or even a shop that does fender rolls would prob cost alot less then the tool.

i have also seen hand clamp style tools online for rolling fenders, for like 50 bucks or so, but iv never seen one used so i cant say if the end result is high quality or not. but in my opinion if i couldnt get the tool, if a shop said 100 bucks to roll the back fenders, id rather pay that and have a shop that i can hold accountable do it, then take my chances t save 50 bucks.
