Been having hard starts since I bought my 2g. Could a bad ECU be causing this problem?

Recently I had all my maintenance done, OEM timing belt, balance shaft belt, accessory belts, OEM crank sensor, OEM crank pulley, OEM CTS, etc, and this problem with hard starts still occur. Starts up fine then will have a hard time starting,
then wait a couple minutes then it starts.

It could be a number of different things. If you just replaced the coolant temp sensor and this didn't happen before, I'd double check to make sure it's working properly the wiring and plug are in good shape. Might want to fill out a profile too.

After it sits for awhile pull the plugs. If one of them is wet and/or smells of gas you have a leaky injector in that cylinder. The car will stumble until fuel ptessure comes up and all the gas in that one cylinder is purged. Likely once its idling shut it off and it starts again cleanly until it sits again. This is one possible scenario.
