Farmington Dragway (NC) Awd Elite Class Aug. 4

They are having an awd elite class at Farming ton dragway on August 4. There is an 8 car minimum. Payout is 1000$ to 1st. We need more dsms at this event.

There will also be a Fwd elite class with a 3000$ payout. So the Fwd guys need to come shut the honda's down. The fastest I have seen out of them is 5.90. It is usually around 6.20.

They have 7.0 and 8.0 index classes. It is whoever gets to the line first without going faster than 7.0 or 8.0.

There is a real bracket class with dial in.

The 7.0 8.0 and dial in class are open to all cars/trucks.

This is an 1/8 mile track.

They did not have a real AWD class last year, I have not ran there because I wanted them to combine AWD and FWD. They raised the AWD payout now though so I will show up when I can.

I wish they would combine the awd and fwd too. I guess they would have to do rwd if they did that, and there is a little corolla around here that would take the money. Maybe not against you guys though. It has a built 2jz, and a 45r with spray off the line.

Rules are that you must be AWD, No tube chassis, and no wheelie bars, which of course we dont run anyways. Come out and have some fun. This is going to be a great show!

I am over the AWD class so if you have any questions just let me know.

If you are running 6.99 and faster you need a cage, 5 point harness, helmet, and a fire suit. They are not strict on dates of belts etc but you do have to have these items.
