Edmonton,
I'm trying to figure out an issue with my cooling fans that were replaced with aftermarket slim fans before I bought the car. The fan closest to the drivers fender(I believe this is the condenser fan) comes on for cooling when the car hits between 180-210F. The same fan is the only fan that comes on when I turn on A/C. The fan closest to the passenger fender(I believe this is supposed to be the rad cooling fan) never comes on. I'm thinking whoever wired the slim fans in really mucked up. I can only see four wires, two for each fan. Can someone tell me what the proper operation of these fans is and which colors goto which fans so I can sort this out?

Thanks, I'm in the process of rewiring and installing one new fan. I'll post results as they unfold.

Now that I've done the rewire, my original post didn't make much sense. The link luv2rallye provided had accurate information. I had to replace my rad fan as it was dead, and now I have two slim fans both wired in as per luv2rallye and they come on like stock fans would. Won't know how well this works for my application until I can run the car during a hot day.

Also, I was missing my condenser harness so I grabbed one from a 1g. The connectors will work in a 2g with minor modification. You just have to shave a bit of plastic off and it will line up and click in. I'm talking about the end coming off of the stock fan(1g) going into the female connector of the 2g. *Just incase anyone is in a jamb as well.*
